| RECIPE |
- Heat butter in large sauce pan over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until softened and translucent.
- Add orzo and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add chicken stock and simmer, stirring frequently, until liquid is almost absorbed, remove from heat, add salt, pepper and cranberries, combine.
- Serve immediately.
