| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Spray an oven proof 8x8 casserole or muffin tin and place in oven to heat up.
- Gently combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Carefully remove dish from oven and pour batter into dish or muffin tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until light brown and toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
