INGREDIENTS

8 oz chicken tenders
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 c chopped lettuce
4 tbsp reduced-fat cheddar cheese
½ c low-fat sour cream
½ c salsa
4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas

RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  • Lay tortillas on flat surface, top with lettuce and cheese and divide chicken. Fold in sides of tortillas and roll up. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
