| RECIPE |
- Combine ½ cup tamari, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sake/sherry, and ⅓ cup water in small sauce pan, bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce to low.
- Add ketchup, coriander, ground ginger and red pepper flakes, simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
- Add to the sauce the leeks, garlic, fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons tamari, stir until combined.
