INGREDIENTS

⅓ c balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced or ¼ tsp dried
2 tbsp water
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
½ c olive oil
RECIPE

  • Place vinegar, Dijon, garlic, rosemary, water, salt and pepper in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Slowly pour in olive oil to combine and blend until creamy.
