INGREDIENTS

2 c uncooked steel cut oats
¼ c evaporated cane juice
¼ c wheat germ
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c minced apple, one small apple
RECIPE

  • Cook oats according to package.
  • In a small bowl combine cane juice, wheat germ and cinnamon, set aside.
  • Divide the cooked oatmeal among 8 serving bowls.
  • Layer 2 tablespoons minced apple with 1 tablespoon wheat germ mixture, serve immediately.
