All exhibitors are subject to the following rules and regulations. The letters IAFF refer to the International Association of Fire Fighters acting through its officers, employees, or agents and the words “Show Management” refers to the IAFF or Convention Services Limited, the IAFF’s contractor in the management of the exhibition.   This Agreement is not effective until signed by the IAFF General President and returned to the applicant party.

EXHIBITION LOCATION, DATES, AND TIMES

All exhibits must be opened and staffed during the hours listed below. The IAFF reserves the right to change the dates and/or times and will notify all registered exhibitors of any such changes as soon as possible. 

Sunday, June 7 – 7:00 AM – 12 Noon – Set-up/Install

Exhibition Hours:

Sunday, June 7 – 12 Noon – 6:00 PM
Monday, June 8 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, June 9 – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, June 10 – 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Wednesday, June 10 – 11:00 AM – Breakdown
